Wolf Schneider has recently been the union unit publicist for "Tooth Fairy 2" starring Larry the Cable Guy, directed by Alex Zamm, and produced by Alan Blomquist and JP Williams; “Passion Play,” starring Mickey Rourke and Megan Fox, directed by Mitch Glazer, and produced by Daniel Dubiecki, Megan Ellison, and Jonah Hirsch; “Spoken Word,” starring Ruben Blades, directed by Victor Nunez, and produced by Karen Koch and Bill Conway; “Brothers,” starring Tobey Maguire, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Natalie Portman, directed by Jim Sheridan, produced by Ryan Kavanaugh, Joni Sighvatsson, and Michael De Luca, and nominated for two Golden Globes; and “Appaloosa,” starring Ed Harris, Viggo Mortensen, Renee Zellweger, and Jeremy Irons, directed by Ed Harris, and produced by Ed Harris, Robert Knott, and Ginger Sledge. For television, she did unit publicity on seasons one and two of the TV series “Crash,” starring Dennis Hopper, and executive produced by Glen Mazzara, Paul Haggis, Bob Yari, Bobby Moresco, Ira Steven Behr, and James DeMonaco for STARZ/Lionsgate.
Wolf’s specialties are writing production notes, press releases, bios, plot synopses, character descriptions, show descriptions, log lines, and blogs; conducting talent, producer, and EPK interviews; coordinating EPK; strategizing and arranging press coverage; coordinating gallery shoots; captioning and coordinating approvals for unit photography; making photo selects for sales markets; and helping to build a publicity/marketing foundation working with the producers and studio/distributor.
She also wrote the production notes for director James Foley’s Oscar-nominated “Glengarry Glen Ross” and director Louis Malle’s Oscar-nominated “Damage.” She’s taught “Producers on Producing” at AFI; “Sneak Previews” at UCLA Extension; and been a juror for the Taos Talking Pictures Land Grant Award.
